We have tried our utmost to proceed with the event, but the severe storm in South Florida has resulted in the cancellation of flights for 90% of our delegates and speakers. With such a significant impact on attendance, we are left with no other option but to cancel the event.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause you. This decision was not made lightly, and we share in your frustration and sadness. Unfortunately, as this situation falls under force majeure—an event beyond our control—we are unable to offer reimbursement.
