Abraham Asefaw has a natural interest and sees potential in almost everything. People and culture are his main interest, which might come from the fact that he lived in three countries before the age of seven. This exposure to different cultures continued as he grew up in a very multicultural part of Sweden. Today he says that ‘no brief is harder than some of the things I had to handle growing up,’ which explains his calmness both towards teams and clients. Working globally is a must as he believes that constant exposure to new things makes you smarter, faster and more interesting.
