Alex has been with Facebook for over 7 years, starting off in the California HQ office near her home town but has spent the last 6+ years in the Dublin, Ireland office. She’s focused on design and delivery of training and onboarding programs with Operations, Recruiting, and most recently was the program owner of Facebook’s New Hire Orientation program, as part of the Learning & Development org where she welcomed Facebookers working across EMEA’s dozens of offices to the Dublin, Ireland HQ. Alex is now focusing on team development in her L&D Partner role but remains passionate and involved with onboarding and orientation at the company.
