Ann Marie Morris

Ann Marie Morris is a talent management and learning and development expert with over 25 years of global experience in designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives. She’s led talent management at Interpublic PR, JPMorgan Chase, Saks, and Fidessa (fintech). 

As the president of AM Morris Consulting, she helps her clients with training on leadership, presentation skills, creativity, and teamwork. She also helps them reimagine performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Her clients include Kargo PR, CBS, The Environmental Defense Fund, Publicis, and Alliance Bernstein.

Ann Marie is on the faculty of Human Capital Institute, where she teaches courses on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, design thinking, and DEI. Having delivered several Disrupt HR talks, she now serves as the emcee and speaker coach for Disrupt HR NYC. 

A sought-after speaker, she’s led podcasts with HR Works, spoken at SHRM events, and recently joined Dextego for an AI summit where she served as a guest speaker. She’s volunteered as a mentor and remains active with Streetwise Partners, a US based organization that pairs professionals with students from underserved communities. In her spare time, she loves global travel, art, reading, and Wordle.
