As Global Learning & Development Director at Danone, she leads strategic learning initiatives across Operations, Research; Innovation, Procurement, and Quality; Food Safety, impacting over 50,000 employees worldwide.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing and digital transformation, Caterina brings a unique customer-centric lens to HR and learning. Her background includes leading global projects in website development, CRM, loyalty programmes, social media, eCommerce and overall digital transformation —skills that she has been applying for the past 6 years at the Danone Academy to craft engaging, impactful learning experiences at Global level for IT, Data, Marketing, Sales and now her current scope.
Her approach goes beyond training—she focuses on development that drives real behavioural change. Caterina works closely with business stakeholders to ensure learning is deeply aligned with operational needs, enabling true transformation across functions.
Over the past years, she has immersed herself in Operations, going beyond the focus of managerial development to upskilling blue-collar employees to drive growth and efficiency on the Shopfloor.
