Charlie Hobart has more than 15 years’ experience working in crisis communications at United Airlines. As a veteran spokesperson for the world’s largest airline, he’s helped manage multiple high-profile operational and reputational crises and proactively secure coverage of United’s customer-facing initiatives in major U.S. media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times and The Today Show. Prior to United, Charlie held positions at Axiom Marketing Communications in Bloomington, MN, KMSP-TV in the Twin Cities, and City Pages in Minneapolis. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
