Clarice Colón

Clarice Colon is the Senior Vice President of People and Culture and the Head of HR at Suvida Healthcare. She oversees the strategy and execution of HR programs for all Suvida Neighborhood Center Operations and Clinical and Corporate Support Team Members.

In her role, Clarice leads initiatives to leverage new ways of working, builds programs to develop a more diverse and inclusive workplace, and drives strategies to support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of Team Members. Before her current role, Clarice served as Vice President of Talent, OD & OE for Whole Foods Market where she oversaw all aspects of the Team Member Experience and Talent Programs.  

Clarice began her career over 30 years ago as an hourly associate in the Health and Fitness Industry.  She worked her way from hourly associate to leadership, multi-unit operations leadership, and ultimately Human Resources in 2003.  Along the way, she further developed her passion for helping companies like (Bally Total Fitness, T-Mobile, Carter’s & Osh Kosh, and Whole Foods Market) build “critical moments that matter” in the Team Member experience, ultimately leading to higher-performing organizations with higher levels of Team Member engagement and retention.  Her passion is to ensure people feel informed, empowered, and enabled to achieve their career goals and dreams!
