As a founder and CEO of C-YourCulture, Claudia Tattanelli advices and helps organisations worldwide uncover and communicate their unique culture as well as supporting organisations in building strategies to reinforce and foster an Inclusive & Diverse work environment that inspires in their workforce a strong  sense of belonging. 
Claudia is also board member of the Future Talent Council since 2016. Previously Claudia was The Chairman for the Global Strategic board of UNIVERSUM, where she lead the strategic development for the global Universum brand.
