Colin Graham leads Facebook’s Life@ initiative for international locations as the Director of International Compensation & Benefits. Life@ is the company’s promise to take care of its people while they connect the world. Colin has been with Facebook since 2010 and has helped build and scale Facebooks people strategy internationally to support 10x headcount growth by designing the company’s compensation, benefits and perks across an ever expanding list of countries. Prior to Facebook, Colin held senior HR roles in Financial services, Software & FMCG organizations. A busy father of three young children Colin is also passionate about staying fit & healthy and is an Ironman triathlete.
