Delia has a degree in Organizational Psychology, Master in Human Resources Management from the Complutense University of Madrid and studying PhD in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has worked at Telefónica since 2012 playing different positions in Selection, HR Transformation and Project Management, always with a global focus. She is currently Global Engagement Lead, a role she shares leading Telefónica's People Analytics community. She is also co-founder of the largest People Analytics community in Spain (PAS).
