Fran is Leadership Development Director for Global Marketing and R&D at Unilever, based in their London head office. Her current role is about helping Unilever to grow and achieve its ambitions by making sure they have the right mix of talent, with the right capabilities, in the right roles. She is a key member of Unilever’s global Wellbeing team, with responsibility for defining the company’s global Wellbeing strategy and interventions. She has a personal passion for wellbeing and resilience both inside and outside of work and is a trained yoga teacher. During her 10 years at Unilever she has also been an HR business partner to various global functions and brand teams.
