Holly Macwilliam

Holly is a Global People Development Manager at Farfetch and has worked in the fashion / telecommunications / beauty industry for 10+ years. A certified coach, expert facilitator, guest lecturer at The University of Creative Arts (UCA), and a certified yoga teacher and mental health first aider. She is passionate about the intersection between happiness, authenticity, well-being and performance and is currently studying a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at Kings College London. She continuously explores new ways to combine people’s development and well-being to help others thrive professionally and personally. Her current focus at Farfetch is creating and delivering world-class development experiences in Leadership Development.
