Ilaria is passionate in everything connected to HR, particularly in people development. In her previous roles she held senior HR Management positions in Cattolica Assicurazioni Group and UNOX.
Her professional career, spent in HR, Marketing, Communications, Events, P&C, Underwriting, let her gain an organic understanding of the corporate strategy, the core processes and the connections through departments.
Ilaria now covers national and regional roles in AIDP, the main professional Italian HR body, and works on HR qualifications with several European partners.
She volunteers in FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano, convinced that ‘beauty will save the world’.
