Joselyn DiPetta

Joselyn is passionate about enabling organizations to create dynamic and healthy cultures that make it possible for all employees to thrive. With over 20 years experience in organizational development, talent development and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) programming, her experience is wide-ranging. She’s designed and led programs to transform organizational culture, performance management, job architecture, leadership behaviors, hiring, and coaching and career development processes, integrating DEIB to enable equitable outcomes across eff orts. 

Industry experience includes tech, healthcare, fi nancial services, education, agriculture, energy and manufacturing across North America, EMEA, and APAC. She is currently the Head of Global Learning and Development at Google. She earned her BA from Case Western Reserve University and Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is licensed in Insights Discovery as well as organizational assessment tools. She has lived and worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She currently resides in Munich, Germany.
