Lena Nordin

Lena Nordin has more than 25 years of HR experience. She has lived and worked in 7 different countries. She joined Betsson Group in October 2017 as Chief HR Officer and is based in the HQ in Malta. She is responsible for developing and implementing Betsson Group's human capital strategy that is aligned with the Group's business objectives and its constantly evolving requirements. In her role, Lena provides leadership to all human resources personnel globally across Betsson Group's seven locations which together employ almost 1,700 professionals from more than 60 different nationalities. 75% of the global workforce are Millennials. Prior to joining Betsson Group, Lena worked in various senior HR positions at Baxter, Gambro, and Ericsson. She has a strong background in talent management in global tech companies and has experience across the full spectrum of the HR discipline, including organizational design, employee engagement, and company culture.
