Liz Rider

Liz Rider is the Former Global Head of Leadership at Volvo Cars headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. She worked at Volvo during the height of the pandemic and successfully digitalized leadership development, enabling more leaders and non-leaders access to essential leadership development. Prior to Volvo she consulted to a breadth of companies from the Fortune 500, where she specialized in development in leadership and high potential programmes. Now, in her own business she enables companies to create environments where people thrive, not just survive through human centric leadership.

She is a Chartered Psychologist and Assocaite Fellow of the British Psychological Society, as well as being a Coaching Psychologist. She brings together data from her academic background and combines this with real life experience to provide a pragmatic approach to her clients.
