Throughout his distinguished career, Monther has held key leadership positions at organizations such as Saudi Electricity Company, BAE Systems, Consulum, and the Ministry of Defense. His strategic contributions have been integral to several high-impact initiatives, including his role as a senior consultant for projects like the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) Shareek and Asfar programs, where he played a pivotal role in aligning communication strategies with national development goals.

Monther has also served as a trusted communications advisor to major governmental entities such as the Jeddah Development Authority, Ministry of Municipality & Housing, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.
