Based in Geneva, Philippe is now leading his own consultancy and is Partner at Happy at Work, one of the world’s leading experts on happiness at work. His mission is to help organisations who want to grow their business, attractiveness and influence to first gain traction within their employees, building sustainable engagement and well-being. In this context, he supports Boards, Executives, HR and Communication teams to reach their next level.  

With 25 years in the communications field – 10 years as a PR consultant then Chief of Communications & Marketing within both public and private sectors – Philippe dedicated his career to build trust and articulate campaigns that successfully engage people, clients and stakeholders. His experience in coaching the C-Suite, managing teams and transformational projects gave him a strong expertise on how to generate fellowship and followers. 

Philippe has been seriously involved in talent management, circular economy, driving cultural change, employer branding, corporate purpose, digital transformation, complex matrix organisations and inspiring leadership. His track record includes remarkable achievements across MNCs as HSBC, Lombard Odier, Firmenich, McDonald’s.
