Raul Perez

Raul is currently Global Head of Talent for Advanced Therapy Platforms and works closely with Novartis Business Leaders and with HR colleagues across all relevant business units to drive business success for Platforms and enabling platforms business strategy. Focus includes maximizing talent retention, building even stronger holistic pipelines with internal and external talent and optimizing the work environment in partnership with Org. Development. 

Raul joined Novartis in 2016 to set up our Talent Scouting function in Global Drug Development and later coordinated the function across the enterprise. He also supported the Chief Digital Officer in building a new digital organization for the enterprise – work that was later evolved to the Digital Talent Acquisition organization. Prior to joining Novartis, Raul gained over 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and held various senior leadership roles such as Global Head of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, Global P&O Head roles in both Commercial & R&D, and Country HR Head for the UK & Ireland. Raul started his career in consulting moving to executive search where he hired senior executives on a global basis. 

Raul holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of London.
