Ronald van der Molen, is a senior L & D director/ project leader who guides organisations to structure and/ or professionalize the L & D department at international level. He is a specialist in setting up and professionalize the Corporate university concept within multinationals. In the past he worked for Canon Europe Ltd, as an Academy director for EMEA, where he has re-organised and professionalized the Learning & Development concept within Canon, integrating all BU’s and country approaches into one unified concept across Canon EMEA. Based upon the new direction of the organisation and business challenges L & D needed to re-think how learning was organised into the organisation and a more efficient and effective design and model was required. Ronald led the L & D transformation within Canon into a new concept, which is currently implemented and embedded in the organisation.Before Canon he worked several years for Coca-Cola Enterprises as Learning & Development manager for the Netherlands.
