Sébastien is leading the Learning & Development team for Hertzs International Division, as well as the companys global culture-shaping programme "Leadership Journey". Prior to his current assignments, he led Hertzs global mentoring and its new-hire induction programmes. He also is a qualified team-coach. Sébastien is holding a Degree in Business Studies from Brunel University (UK) and a Masters in International L&D from Panthéon-Sorbonnes University in Paris. Sébastien is based in Paris and is the father of 3 children.
