In her over 18 years in Human Resources, Stephanie has demonstrated a gift for shaping and building welcoming and inclusive environments. Stephanie joined Publicis Groupe Canada in early 2020 as the VP of HR for two strong brands a part of Publicis Groupe Canada - Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. She took on the role of Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Publicis Groupe Canada in the summer of 2020 to lead efforts to ensure Publicis Groupe Canada is an inclusive workplace and becomes as diverse as the communities we work in. She set an ambitious mandate to improve our internal community, but also includes mandates to help improve DE&I efforts outside our walls as well. To that end, she is driving numerous programs covering talent management, partnerships with organizations to help open doors for future talent in our industry, and pro-bono services to organizations working in the Diversity & Inclusion space.
