Thomas Davies

In his 10 years at Google, Thomas led the UK&I Cloud business as Country Manager, then became Director of
Northern, Eastern & Central Europe, before leading the Global Partnerships team.
During this time Thomas was intrigued by the culture of the organisation and began to investigate and
subsequently define what high-performance culture really meant, and how to measure it. He has a passion for
helping organisations use technology to drive cultural change and develop a sustainable strategy for future
success.
Having founded Temporall, Thomas now helps organisations develop culture as a strategic lever for
transformation. Positioning culture as a strategy leads to an increase in performance and supports successful
digital transformation.
He took his own enterprise cloud product from concept to go-live in 12 months and united a world-class team to
create a digital native organisation that is continually transforming - successfully. Thomas is an expert in the
business use of machine learning, digital technologies, leadership and the complexities of operating in multiple
markets in times of unprecedented change.
Thomas and the Temporall team are now supporting progressive business leaders in understanding how to
capture quantitative, qualitative and ‘network activity’ signals from employees that positively impact the bottom
line. He strongly believes that every organisation is unique and has the power to choose their own destiny. He
has a humanistic approach to life and work.
Thomas is a highly regarded keynote speaker and has had articles published on FastCo and Medium and he
featured in the Financial Times series “Meet the Career Changers”. He is an accredited executive coach and
has sat on the Technology Advisory Board for one of the UK’s leading banks. Thomas is on the Advisory of the
Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), and a Board member at TCES Group.
