With 25 years of experience in data science, 20 years in consulting and 15 years in HR consulting and HR management, I bring in-depth expertise in the areas of demographic management, strategic workforce planning, people analytics and talent management. Since the beginning of 2024, I have been the head of the Workforce Transformation department at Lufthansa. My focus in this role includes strategic workforce planning, talent intelligence, as well as skill management and skill matching. Another central aspect of my work is change management and governance, which are crucial fields in the successful implementation of transformation processes.
