Yegana Mammadova holds a CIPD diploma of the Nottingham Trent University (UK), has BA and MS in Psychology of the Baku State University. Has over 9 years of experience in HR in international energy and hospitality sectors, over 15 years of total experience. Her experience includes holding senior positions in the number of world known international and global corporations, and being an author of establishment and development projects in HR Management. She has received a number of professional training and delivered numerous presentations in Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Russia. She currently holds a position of an HR Director in one of the world’s biggest hotel chain in Azerbaijan and HRC Chief HR & OD officer.
