Andy is an occupational psychologist by training and has worked across leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition and organisational development over three continents. He has worked across a variety of industries including Defence, telco, technology, aviation, sports and now fashion tech with Zalando. Andy has enjoyed the experience working for some other large global brands such as IBM, Emirates Airline & adidas, but also across smaller organisations as a consultant. This journey has led to a breadth of learnings focused on building a performance culture, leadership capabilities, effective team leadership, and internal talent development ecosystems.
