Senior Manager, Social Media Intelligence

Carly is currently a senior manager on United’s Social Media Intelligence team, which she joined in 2019. Prior to United, Carly was a senior digital strategist at Ketchum and, notably, while at Edelman was part of the original team that helped build United’s Social Media Intelligence program. Carly is also the Chief of Staff of United’s Bridge Business Resource Group, a group dedicated to advocating for employees and customers with disabilities. She’s also on the Marketing and Communications Committee of Special Olympics Illinois.
