Fraser Engerman

Fraser Engerman is the senior director of external relations at Walgreens. In this role, he leads the external relations team and all aspects of corporate external communications for the brand, including media relations, crisis communications, issues management, enterprise reputation management, external positioning and thought leadership for executive leadership, and proactive PR engagement in support of the organization's business, brand and reputation objectives. A former television journalist with broad and deep experience in reputation management, media training and crisis communications, he has led Fortune 100 companies through global reputational and C-Suite threats.  Specifically, he previously served as director of global media relations at Johnson Controls and as the public affairs manager and media relations manager at State Farm Insurance Companies.
