Joe's 20-year career in technology partnerships and business development has included several fun stops. From the plumbing of the internet (Cisco) to a social media customer service SaaS solution (Conversocial) to a social media platform (Twitter), he's worked in the big, medium, and small tech and witnessed numerous trends along the way, including mobile, social and AI to name a few. He even remembers the dot com bust. He was most recently a proud member of Twitter's Developer Platform team. He led growth and new partnerships, helping developers leverage Twitter APIs and data to build new apps and identify new consumer insights. He writes about social intelligence and the evolution of customer experience.
